This recipe is very very similar to both the Air-Fryer Bagel Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich I posted and also the other Air-Fryer Breakfast Sandwich. The only difference is pretty much the egg in this one. Now I have been told you can get silicone bowls for your Air-Fryer, that you can cook your egg in. I have not purchased one yet, though I intend to. But for now I just use a little ramekin to cook mine in the microwave with. I hope you enjoy this super easy breakfast sandwich fix, you can make in the comfort of your own home!!

A fast food fave, made in the comfort of your own home!
Equipment
- Air-Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 English Muffin
- Butter for spreading on English Muffin
- 1 Slice of American Cheese
- 1-2 Precooked Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 1 Large Egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your Air-Fryer to 390 Degrees. Let heat for a few minutes.
- If you have a trivet/rack for your air-fryer, this is great to use, because you can fit in more at a time. I took my sausageand placed it at the bottom of the air-fryer basket.
- Butter your english muffin slices, and put cheese slice on. Put them on top of the triver with sausage below it. Air fry for 6 minutes. (If you have egg in here take it out after 3 minutes or put it in with 3 minutes left.)
- If Microwaving your egg, put in a small ramekin and microwave for just about a minute.
- Meanwhile, because bagels and sausages may still be cooking, and its okay if you already cooked your egg. Keep it in the microwave. The ramekin should keep it pretty warm in the mean time.
- Once the english muffin and sausage are cooked, first take your english muffin slices out and put on plate. Follow with putting your sausage and egg on sandwich. Enjoy!!
