So if you know me, or you have looked into my disclaimer policy, I disclaim I am NOT a fitness or diet guru of any kind. Though I do like to try to feed my family wholesome meals, ones healthier than not, I by no means claim to be an expert at that. That being said… if you are having a sweet tooth, like I was the other night, and don’t wanna be TOO TOO bad, this isn’t too shabby of a treat! In my case we didn’t have any sweets in the house, which is normally fine as I don’t typically crave them too much, and this is what we had. And it is. So. So. Good. Add your favorite nut butter, dash of almond milk, scoop of favorite vanilla or cake flavored protein powder, and some dark chocolate chips, and you got yourself a yummy little snack! I hope you enjoy this ‘healthier’ little twist of cookie dough!
Protein “Cookie Dough” Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Heaping Tbsp Favorite Nut Butter, I like using cashew for this personally.
- 1-2 Scoops Fave Vanilla or Cake Flavored Protein Powder
- Dash Of milk of your choice (I use unsweetened original Almond Milk)
- Sprinkle of Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Mix first three ingredients together.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Enjoy straight out of the bowl!
