Low-Calorie Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Joseph's Lavash Bread (or other low-calorie flatbread)
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, torn into bite sized pieces
  • Any other additional toppings or seasonings you wish!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the Joseph's Lavash Bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the Lavash Bread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering the entire surface.
  • Arrange the torn cooked chicken breast pieces evenly on top of the cheese.
  • If desired, add any additional toppings of your choice, such as sliced bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the Lavash Bread becomes crispy around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
  • Serve your low-calorie Chicken Pizza warm and enjoy!
