Mexican Chicken, Cheese, and Broccoli Rice Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Cooked Mexican Rice
  • Cooked Chicken Breast, Sliced Up
  • White Queso
  • Steamed Broccoli
  • Optional: any other veggies of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Heat the white queso according to the package instructions or your preferred method. This creamy cheese sauce will add a rich and indulgent element to your bowl.
  • Assemble your customized rice bowl in the following order:
    -Start with 1/2 cup of Mexican rice as the bottom layer.
    -If desired, add a layer of your favorite veggies to enhance the nutritional value and texture of the bowl.
    -Slice the cooked chicken tenderloins and arrange them on top of the rice.
    -Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of white queso over the chicken and rice.
    - Feel free to adjust the amounts based on your taste preferences.
