Place Chicken pieces in a bowl, and season with pepper and Seasoning Salt and stir.
In a separate bowl, place your bell pepper and onion slices in and season with seasoning salt and pepper, as well.
On medium high heat, heat olive oil in a medium to large skillet. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked, stirring occasionally, about 6-7 minutes. Take chicken off skillet and put on plate, and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed, add the vegetables and saute, stirring occasionally until softened, about 4 more minutes. Add chicken back to skillet and mix with veggies, turn off heat.
Put one tablespoon of hummus, on each wrap, and spread. Spoon on chicken and veggie mix on and wrap up.
