Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
Pat Dry and Season Shrimp.
On medium high heat, heat olive oil in skillet and cook shrimp about 2-3 minutes, per side, and set aside. In same skillet, add butter and garlic, and saute about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add broth or wine to deglaze the pan, scraping the brown bits at bottom and let reduce some.
Add in cream and stir occasionally for a few minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Add parmesan and lemon juice and stir.
Add Gnocchi and Shrimp to mini cast iron or small casserole dish, followed by sauce.
Mix Panko and a little Olive Oil in a bowl, and stir to coat breadcrumbs. Sprinkle breadcrumbs until it coats the top of the Gnocchi and Shrimp.
Put in the oven for 7-8 menutes, or until the panko is golden and crispy. If it isn't crisping fast, you can broil it but only about 20-30 seconds, being very careful not to burn the panko.
