  • 2 Tbsp Any Citrus Flavored Chicken Marinade
  • 2 Tbsp Slivered Almonds, Toasted

Instructions

Pork Chops

  • Pat-dry Pork Chops, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a Cast Iron over Medium-High heat, put oil in, add Pork Chops and cook about 5 minutes per side or until cooked all the way through, and browned.
  • Meanwhile, mix your lime juice, almond butter, garlic, honey, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Take Pork Chops out and set aside, putting foil on top to keep warm. Add more oil to pan, followed by your rice, stirring to heat though. Add your lime-almond butter mixture and stir to combine. Next you will add your spinach, a little at a time is fine, and stir and cook until spinach is wilted. Add your pork chops back to skillet and garnish with walnuts and lime wedges if you wish.

Broccoli

  • In a bowl place your steamed broccoli in it.
  • Put in your citrus glaze in with your broccoli, and stir to coat.
  • Add almonds and stir to coat.
  • Dish your Pork Chops and Rice Mixture, along with your Broccoli and Almonds.
  • Enjoy!
