Birria Ramen

Ingredients
  

  • Birria de res consome & beef (Recipe will be linked to this post), heated up
  • Plain ramen noodles. (Consome should have enough sodium but add seasonings and flavors to your liking if you wish)
  • Dash of sesame oil or birria oil
  • diced onion, for topping
  • chopped cilantro, for topping
  • shredded red cabbage, for topping

Instructions
 

  • in a cup or bowl, add warm consome. add your beef and your noodles. Cover with either a lid or foil and let sit for about five minutes, until noodles are tender/cooked.
  • Add your onion, cilantro and cabbage
  • Thats it! Enjoy!!
