Ingredients
Romain Lettuce "boats", rinsed
Beef Birria (see recipe)
Consome, heated up. (See recipe)
Birria Chile Oil. (See Recipe)
Shredded Mozzarella
Chopped Cilantro
Diced Onion
Shredded Red Cabbage
Instructions
Heat Consome in saucepan, on med-high heat.
In a large skillet, add "mounds" of birria.
Add cheese to each mound and drizzle on chile oil on each. Turn heat to low or even off, and put on a lid until cheese melts.
Scoop Birria mix into romain lettuce "boats"
Put toppings on lettuce wraps and consome, dip lettuce wraps in consome and enjoy!
