Birria Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • Romain Lettuce "boats", rinsed
  • Beef Birria (see recipe)
  • Consome, heated up. (See recipe)
  • Birria Chile Oil. (See Recipe)
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Diced Onion
  • Shredded Red Cabbage

Instructions
 

  • Heat Consome in saucepan, on med-high heat.
  • In a large skillet, add "mounds" of birria.
  • Add cheese to each mound and drizzle on chile oil on each. Turn heat to low or even off, and put on a lid until cheese melts.
  • Scoop Birria mix into romain lettuce "boats"
  • Put toppings on lettuce wraps and consome, dip lettuce wraps in consome and enjoy!
