Take spaghetti squash and microwave whole, for 30 seconds-one minute.
Take Spaghetti Squash out and puncture with forks throught the squash. Put back in microwave and cook for one more minute.
Take Spaghettin Squash out, and being save, cut into two lengthwise halves. Scoop out guts and seeds.
Put on a plate or microwave safe dish with 1/4 cup of water, Spaghetti Squash Boats face down and microwave for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a dutch oven, on medium-high heat, add butter and olive oil and let butter melt. Add onion, and cook stirring occasionally until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add in kielbasa and cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes.
Add cabbage and cook until soft and tender, if needed cover with lid to softer up. Add seasoning to liking.
Take Spaghetti Squash out of the microwave and set on baking sheet or cutting board. Put on a little butter and seasonings of your choice, and scrape until spaghetti appears.
Scoop cabbage and sausage mixture into spaghetti squash boats and serve.
