Heat olive oil, in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Put cut up chicken in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, seasoning salt, and chinese five spice, and stir well to combine. Add to skillet with onion and garlic and cook until fully cooked through.
Add sake and stir scraping any brown bits off the bottom of the pan.
Add chicken broth and let boil for 30 seconds - 1 minute to reduce a bit.
Add in coconut aminos and honey, bring to a boil again for 30 seconds. Reduce to simmer and let thicken a little. Add in broccoli and stir well to combine, until coated with sauce. Turn off heat, and sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish. Serve in bowl on top of quinoa.
