Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix Panko and seasonings listed above with a little olive oil and mix well to combine. Set aside.
Add your flour to a shallow dish. Season your flour with seasonings listed above, to liking. Whisks together and set aside.
Pat dry tilapia and season with seasonings listed above, to liking. Rub in to coat well.
Dredge Tilapia in seasoned flour and on medium heat on a skillet with some olive oil - cook about 3-4 minutes per side.
On a baking sheet - for each filet of fish, lay down two "pats" of butter. Lay filets on each two pats of butter.
Add some panko mixture on the top of the filets to coat the top.
Put fish in oven for 10 minutes.
Take out and enjoy!
Garnish with favorite mustard condiment and herbs, if desired.
