Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • Mayo
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Romain Lettuce "Boats"
  • Dash of Smoked Paprika
  • Tastefully SimpleĀ© Onion Onion Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs in water for 12 min on the stove.
  • Put eggs in an ice bath for 5 min. Crack eggs and then dice them and put in a bowl with mayo, and mustard.
  • Scoop Egg Salad into lettuce "boats" and dash with seasonings listed above.
  • Enjoy! *Makes about 4 boats!
