Mayo
Yellow Mustard
Romain Lettuce "Boats"
Dash of Smoked Paprika

Instructions
Boil eggs in water for 12 min on the stove.
Put eggs in an ice bath for 5 min. Crack eggs and then dice them and put in a bowl with mayo, and mustard.
Scoop Egg Salad into lettuce "boats" and dash with seasonings listed above.
Enjoy! *Makes about 4 boats!
