Shrimp and Lobster Souvlaki

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen, cooked shrimp
  • 2 Lobster Tails, steamed and cut into chunks
  • 1 Fresh Lemon
  • 1-2 Tbsp Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Mini Cucumbers, diced
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Low-Carb Tortilla
  • 1 cup Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Spread yogurt onto tortilla and add your cucumbers, tomato, spinach, cooked shrimp and lobster, and salt and pepper to taste. Add freshly-squeezed lemon on top.
  • Enjoy!
