Take tails off of shrimp if you wish, put in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and seasonings of choice, to liking, and mix well to combine.
Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
Spray with nonstick spray and add shrimp.
Cook until no longer transparent/fully cooked.
Add cooked shrimp and peach slices to rice. Top with Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
