Forbidden Rice with Shrimp and Peaches

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup black rice, cooked per label instructions
  • 1 peach sliced (or if not in season, get canned in 100 % natural juices)
  • 1 cup frozen, cooked shrimp, thawed in fridge
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, and whatever you like (I used a Garlic Pepper seasoning with this!), to taste
  • 2 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos

Instructions
 

  • Take tails off of shrimp if you wish, put in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and seasonings of choice, to liking, and mix well to combine.
  • Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Spray with nonstick spray and add shrimp.
  • Cook until no longer transparent/fully cooked.
  • Add cooked shrimp and peach slices to rice. Top with Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
  • Enjoy!
