Put potatoes in pot with water and salt, and bring to boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
While potatoes cook, add oil to pan and diced onions. Cook until tender and add the ground beef and seasonings above. Cook, grounding up until ground beef is fully cooked.
Add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine and then add in flour and stir until combined and meat mixture is thickened. Season with salt and pepper to liking.
Drain potatoes and put in bowl with butter and parsley seasoning. Mash and then smooth out in bowl. Cut into 4 sections, and then take and roll into ball and press a "crater" in the center. Place in a 8x8 baking dish thats been coated with cooking spray. Add in a sprinkle of cheese, meat mixture, and more cheese.
Put in oven for 10 minutes.
Enjoy with a simple salad!
Notes
Simple salad was made by whisking olive oil, white wine vinegar, and salt and pepper, and then adding a arugula mix and shredded mozz. Toss well to combine!
