Eeeeeeeek! So. While I love getting creative, and developing many dishes from scratch, or at least pretty much homemade, if I can find a way to create a deliciousss meal that is super fast and actually tastes GOOD…hell yeah I’m gonna share it with my peeps! Because though I love to cook, there are still nights I don’t want to. I mean as much as I love it, night after night it can get rather exhausting. And I know there are some of you out there that actually may not like cooking much at all, or you’re just getting into a better grove with it, and you appreciate some easier dinner hacks like this one. With romantic times up ahead, I present to you: Incredibly Easy Seafood Ravioli. Things in this dish:
-Specially Selected Shrimp and Crab Ravioli, from Aldi. (Any seafood based ravioli works just fine.), Kirkland Brand Lobster Bisque, from Costco. (Side note, this lobster bisque mixed with some light or heavy cream, sherry or brandy, and some real lobster chunks, is INCREDIBLE, for being pre-made and ready to go.), 2-4 lobster tails, steamed about 8 minutes and cut into chunks, fresh parlay to garnish.
Other things I added in the bisque were: light cream, Tony Cachere’s Creole Seasoning, (I swear I’m not obsessed. Okay maybe I am. Haha!) Sherry Cooking Wine.
Yep that’s it. I love lobster bisque, and many are used to eating it in a bisque form, but it actually works GREAT for a seafood or lobster ravioli sauce. The Kirkland Brand Lobster Bisque I bought, has two containers in it. Depending on how much of this you make, you can always eye ball it and use one container to start, and the other if it is needed. Since you are just using this as a sauce, you may not need both, and you can actually freeze this. So make this one night and another in the future or have lobster bisque another night!
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this incredibly easy dinner throw together! Would pair perfectly with a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, and viola! Enjoy!
Xoxo,
Linds
