Birria Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- Romain Lettuce "boats", rinsed
- Beef Birria (see recipe)
- Consome, heated up. (See recipe)
- Birria Chile Oil. (See Recipe)
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Chopped Cilantro
- Diced Onion
- Shredded Red Cabbage
Instructions
- Heat Consome in saucepan, on med-high heat.
- In a large skillet, add "mounds" of birria.
- Add cheese to each mound and drizzle on chile oil on each. Turn heat to low or even off, and put on a lid until cheese melts.
- Scoop Birria mix into romain lettuce "boats"
- Put toppings on lettuce wraps and consome, dip lettuce wraps in consome and enjoy!
