Whew! We have ALMOST made it to Friday, ya’ll! And if you know me, you know that on a work night, I like to keep shit simple… I’m not trying to sugar coat it for ya – and fish in general, is a great and delicious way to serve up a super tasty meal to my family. Now if you really know me you also know when it comes to seasoning, it’s a little of this and a little of that type of action – which is exactly what you’re getting with this recipe. Use your good judgement, and you’ll come out with some Mahi-Mahi that is boomin’ with flavor. I hope ya like it!
