Shrimp and Lobster Souvlaki
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen, cooked shrimp
- 2 Lobster Tails, steamed and cut into chunks
- 1 Fresh Lemon
- 1-2 Tbsp Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Mini Cucumbers, diced
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
- 1 Low-Carb Tortilla
- 1 cup Spinach
Instructions
- Spread yogurt onto tortilla and add your cucumbers, tomato, spinach, cooked shrimp and lobster, and salt and pepper to taste. Add freshly-squeezed lemon on top.
