Hi, everyone!! If you all have been following my blog, then you were able to see the yummy goodness of the Birria de res Beef y Consome. Well there isn’t much to this recipe after you have made that, because the work is all done and now you can add your own fun twists to it. Once again, if you haven’t followed Views on the Road, on YouTube yet, please do. She has the recipe for Birria and goes step by step on everything, and I believe has some different versions of it on her channel, so please check it out! Its the most awesomest thing ever. Birria Ramen
Ingredients
- Birria de res consome & beef (Recipe will be linked to this post), heated up
- Plain ramen noodles. (Consome should have enough sodium but add seasonings and flavors to your liking if you wish)
- Dash of sesame oil or birria oil
- diced onion, for topping
- chopped cilantro, for topping
- shredded red cabbage, for topping
Instructions
- in a cup or bowl, add warm consome. add your beef and your noodles. Cover with either a lid or foil and let sit for about five minutes, until noodles are tender/cooked.
- Add your onion, cilantro and cabbage
- Thats it! Enjoy!!
