Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Fresh Garden Mint
  • 1 cup Water
  • Drizzle of Honey

Instructions
 

  • Place the fresh mint leaves in a mesh strainer and set it inside a teapot with a lid.
  • Bring the water to a boil in a kettle or saucepan.
  • Once the water reaches a rolling boil, carefully pour it over the mint leaves and into the teapot.
  • Cover the teapot with the lid and let the mint leaves infuse in the hot water for approximately 20 minutes.
  • After the infusion time, remove the lid and gently press the mint leaves with the back of a spoon to release their essence.
  • If desired, add a drizzle of honey to sweeten the tea to your liking.
  • Pour the freshly brewed mint tea into a cup or mug and savor the delightful aroma and flavor.

  • For a stronger tea, you can add a couple more teaspoons of fresh mint leaves during the infusion process.
