Simple Hummus and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz Can of Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Variety of Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, and Orange)

Instructions
 

  • Add first 8 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and the consistency you like.
  • Slice bell peppers, and serve with hummus to dip in.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

** Add more Olive Oil ONLY if the hummus isn't blending to the consistency you quite like. But add very slowly as blending.
