Simple Hummus and Bell Peppers

Ingredients

15 oz
Can of Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1-2
Cloves
of Garlic
1
Tbsp
Tahini
1
Tsp
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2
Tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1
Tsp
Chili Powder
Sea Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Variety of Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, and Orange)
Instructions
Add first 8 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and the consistency you like.
Slice bell peppers, and serve with hummus to dip in.
Enjoy!
Notes
** Add more Olive Oil ONLY if the hummus isn't blending to the consistency you quite like. But add very slowly as blending.
