Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps
Quick, Easy, Low Carb!
Ingredients
- 6 Large Eggs
- Mayo
- Yellow Mustard
- Romain Lettuce "Boats"
- Dash of Smoked Paprika
- Tastefully SimpleĀ© Onion Onion Seasoning
Instructions
- Boil eggs in water for 12 min on the stove.
- Put eggs in an ice bath for 5 min. Crack eggs and then dice them and put in a bowl with mayo, and mustard.
- Scoop Egg Salad into lettuce "boats" and dash with seasonings listed above.
- Enjoy! *Makes about 4 boats!
